CSAP and ASHA have a collaborative MOU. ASHA provides financial support for ASHA Staff to attend the conference.
Registration starts Wednesday morning 8am. Conference begins at 9am
Full registrations include breakfast, lunch, and the Tuesday evening social.

HALF DAY RATES: (The Tuesday night social is not included in the Half-Day registrations)
- AM Sessions Plus Lunch and Learn (3 hours of Professional Development) $200
- PM Sessions Plus Lunch and Learn (4 hours of Professional Development) $250
- AM Sessions NO LUNCH AND LEARN (2 hours of Professional Development) $175

Virtual Registration will be available from August 1 through September 15, 2024.**
- Additionally: If you have a state president who is attending in person (full day registration), additional presidents from your states can attend virtually at a 30% discount. You will need to email CSAP's Executive Director for this discount and to verify registrations.

Late/Onsite Registration Rates Apply from November 16, 2024 through date of convention.
**Please be aware of the following important information regarding VIRTUAL registration:

Minimum Registration Requirement: A minimum of 8 registrations is required for the virtual conference to proceed. This requirement ensures the cost-effectiveness of hosting the event virtually.

Notification of Status: If the virtual conference cannot be held due to a lack of registrations, you will be notified by September 16th.

Refund or Conversion Options: In the event the virtual conference is canceled:
- You may opt for a full refund of your registration fee with no additional fees.
- Alternatively, you may choose to convert your virtual registration to an in-person registration.

Fall Conference Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel your registration for the CSAP Fall Conference. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Refund Eligibility:
- Up to 30 Days Prior to the Event: Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the event will be eligible for a refund minus a $75 administrative processing fee.
- Within 30 Days of the Event: Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for cancellations made within the 30-day window leading up to the event.
2. Cancellation Process:
- To request a cancellation, please contact our conference team at csapassociation@gmail.com. All cancellations must be requested in writing.
- Include your registration details and reason for cancellation in your request.
3. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days following the fall conference.
